I am a pretty patient person. Some have told me that I am very patient. Well, I lost it today on one of my kids. He continually pushed the limits today and I kept trying to redirect him, but he just kept doing it. Then he started talking back, that is when I really was done with his attitude. So, I told him that if he didn't change his behavior and attitude he would be going home with an infraction (not a good thing). So, now I have the great privilege of calling his parents and talking to them about his week and the day he had today. Not one of the perks of being a teacher. I guess the honeymoon is over.

Linda, I am sorry about your day. You are a VERY patient person so I am sure you really were at the end of the rope. I hope next week is better for you.
