I made the decision a couple of weeks ago that I am going to run the Bolder Boulder this year. It is a race in Boulder that is held on Memorial Day. A friend from work really wants me to do it with her, so I told her that I would try. So, now I'm on a training regimen that she has put me on. It is a lot of running and it is really pushing me, but it has been good. I am definitely not a natural runner. I have to add 1 more minute of hills on the treadmill every time I run, which is NO FUN! Pretty soon I'll be running on the treadmill and outside, but I'm waiting for it to get a little bit warmer before I start that. I'm sure my "trainer" is going to make me get out there soon, though. But, I am excited about it and it is giving me more energy. I'll have to run 6 miles for the race. This is something I've never done in my life, so it is quite a challenge but I hope that it is something I can do and feel accomplished in. I'll keep you all posted.

YEAH Linda! I am up to 7 miles in my training...and I thought I was going to fall off the treadmill on Saturday. Now when I come out to visit we are going to have to work in some running!
YOU GO MISS LINDA!!!!!!!!!
I ran a 10K last fall and it was so much fun. You're going to love it. I know it sounds strange, but it's true. (I'm glad I found your blog!)
