Funny Kid Story

Matt & Jena said they have been waiting to hear about my funny kid stories. Well, these kids are pretty funny, but I usually have a hard time remembering everything they said. However, I do have a good one. In my reading class we were reading a story about Washington D.C. and I was asking the kids if they knew any presidents. Of course they all know George Washington & Abraham Lincoln and then they are about done. One kid manage to say George Bush, so it is good to know that they do know who our president is. Then one kid got really excited so I asked what president he was thinking of In his most excited loud voice he yells out "Obama '08!" It took me a minute and then I said "What?" He repeated (with just as much emotion) "Obama '08!" My response was "he would like to be the president, but he is not a president." Then he says "well, that's who I'm voting for." Hahaha!! That made me laugh so hard. Obviously he has heard from his parents that they are for Obama. I'll try to remember more and keep you all posted.
