Another Year is Beginning

It is here again, the start of another school year. I have mixed feelings going back. I worked so hard all summer and feel like I already need a break. That is never a good start to the year. So, I'm just hoping that I have a renewed energy in the next 24 hours. Last week was full of meetings and getting everything ready for the first day. The kids start on Monday, but I got to meet them last week. The kids are really cute and funny, so I hope that you are all ready for some more fun first grade stories. The last weeks of my summer were very busy as well. I felt like I was running errands constantly. I did go rafting, went to Waterworld, and got to visit Matt, Jena, & Josh last weekend. So, I did get to do some fun things too. It just went really fast. I've tried to keep up on my running, but I didn't do the best this summer. However, I'm still running and loving it. Hopefully the routine of the school year will be helpful.
